Review on Self-Sustainable Power Generation Technologies for Future Typical Wearable Applications

Wearable technology has broad market prospects in the military, fire protection, medical and health, sports other fields under its ability to effectively solve practical application needs. Self-powered energy systems with miniaturized, light-weight, highly flexible, stretchable, bendable, wearable properties have received extensive attention industry as they can meet needs of new-generation electronic devices. Firstly, article summarizes recent progress existing problems flexible solar cells, triboelectric nanogenerators, piezoelectric thermoelectric generators, harvesting devices for sweat power generation. Secondly, development challenges lithium-ion batteries super capacitors storage are summarized. The research management strategies is also discussed.
